Overall, Arby’s Traditional Greek Gyro turned out really well and satiated my gyro craving completely (unlike their roast beef and turkey versions). For the price and convenience, I’d recommend trying it, especially if you get the occasional craving for one. I wouldn’t mind seeing them keep this one around.
Is Arby’s gyro beef or lamb?
Arby’s “gyro meat” is a blend of chopped beef and lamb, sliced off a rotisserie spit, in real gyro fashion. The lettuce and tomatoes are crisp and colorful. Not only is the tzatziki sauce creamy, it’s worth 30 points in Scrabble. The Spicy Gyro may be something different for fans of traditional gyros, however.
